Saint Peter's School, Devizes, Wiltshire

All School Governors attend the Full Governing Body (FGB) Meetings, which are held three times per year.
In addition some are members of one of the two Committees which hold meetings six times per year - Finance and Premises (F&P) or Staffing and Curriculum (S&C).

Governors are elected in three main categories:
Staff         - From teaching and support staff within the School
Parent        - From parents or carers of children currently in the School (their appointment may continue after their child has
                     left the school)
Foundation - From the School's founding body, i.e. St Peter's Church
LA              - Governors appointed by the Local Authority, i.e. Wiltshire Council
